Job summary

Siemens in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Manager to lead Data Center projects, overseeing execution from installation through testing and commissioning. You will collaborate with customers, subcontractors, engineering teams and specialists to deliver safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives.

You will focus on protection relay testing, SCADA, and automation integration while ensuring safety and quality standards across on-site activities and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relay testing, commissioning, electrical automation, or related project experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and working with data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Delivery: Lead Data Center projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements are met.
• Testing, Commissioning & Technical Support: Manage relay testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and electrical activities.
• Automation & System Integration: Support integration of automation systems per project specs and operations.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive milestones.
• Project Financial Management: Manage project Profit & Loss, cash flow, and overall performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain technical docs, test reports and commissioning records.
• Safety, Quality & Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation and commissioning.
