Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Malaysia is seeking Electrical Supervisors / Coordinators to support data centre and mission-critical projects. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, maintain site records, and drive progress toward handover.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5–8 years of site supervision experience in building services or large-scale projects. On-site work may be based in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of site supervision or construction management experience.
• Experience in data centre or large-scale building projects preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Coordination: monitor daily construction and coordination sessions.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting: track progress and prepare reports.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with contractors, consultants and clients.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: ensure standards and safety requirements.
• Testing, Commissioning & Handover: support inspections and handover docs.
• Documentation & Administration: maintain site records and logs.
