Job summary

Eaton seeks a Project Manager for Switchgear/Transformer based in Malaysia, Johor Bahru. Lead and control projects to meet contract requirements, coordinating with service engineers and subcontractors, while managing costs and schedules.

Requires a Degree in Engineering, PMP credential, minimum 2 years PM experience, and AutoCAD skills. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
• PHP - Project Management Professional Cert is required.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage & control projects to meet contract requirements and ensure cost control.
• Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub-contractors per project plan.
• Provide accurate sales forecast and issue invoices per milestones.
• Manage multiple project implementations and meet project requirements.
• Schedule and attend project meetings and coordinate site activities.
• Maintain project costing and tracking records for expenses.
• Engage with Customer Service/SCM on parts ordering and lead times.
• Support contract administration activities (ordering, milestones, shop drawings, O&M).
