NLE Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to lead electrical engineering project planning and delivery, from scope definition through testing and commissioning. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will define project scope, objectives, timelines, and detailed plans, monitor costs, perform inspections, and oversee testing to ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.

• Experience in electrical engineering project planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organisation, documentation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and detailed electrical engineering project plans.
• Coordinate electrical designers, technicians, contractors, and other multidisciplinary teams to support smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, analyse variances, and implement cost control measures to maintain budget performance.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure electrical installations meet design specifications and applicable quality standards.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may affect timelines or budgets.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients by providing project updates and addressing concerns or enquiries.
• Oversee electrical system testing and commissioning to confirm functionality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, records, and correspondence.

Lead the planning and delivery of electrical engineering projects from scope definition through testing and commissioning. Key responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and detailed electrical engineering project plans.

Coordinate electrical designers, technicians, contractors, and other multidisciplinary teams to support smooth project execution.

Monitor project costs, analyse variances, and implement cost control measures to maintain budget performance.

A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

Professional experience in project management, electrical design, construction, or engineering delivery is advantageous.

Both Permanent and Contract position required.

Posses at least Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
