Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Technical Assistant (Electrical) to support production downtime reduction and equipment setup. The role requires maintaining electrical systems and ensuring smooth plant operations.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and purified water systems, ensure SHE & GMP compliance, and report issues to a Technical Specialist.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical-related field.
• 2–3 years of electrical maintenance experience in FMCG/F&B manufacturing.
• Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Computer literate, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Minimize production downtime and support equipment setup.
• Strengthen preventive & predictive maintenance for production and purified water systems.
• Ensure compliance with SHE & GMP standards.
• Complete PM tasks and report issues to Technical Specialist.
• Cover plant-wide electrical systems and purified water systems.
