Job summary

Golden Fresh Sdn Bhd is seeking self-motivated maintenance technicians to install, repair, and maintain machinery across our food processing facilities in Malaysia. You will inspect operations, dismantle faulty parts, and source replacements, while ensuring safe, timely, and efficient upkeep.

Training will be provided to handle routine preventive maintenance and report trends. The role welcomes fresh graduates with hands-on skills in welding, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, and requires

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as welding, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work on-call or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
