Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on E&I support professional to assist in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment. You will help the E&I team with preventive maintenance tasks, inspections and interpreting drawings to troubleshoot issues.

You will also assist testing and calibration, support project planning, document activities, and contribute to internal training and continuous improvement efforts within the E&I department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment and systems.
• Support the E&I team in conducting preventive maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications to support in troubleshooting.
• Assist in testing and calibration of instruments and electrical components.
• Support Technicians on project execution planning.
• Document work activities, including maintenance logs and reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the E&I department.
• Aid in internal training document preparation.
• Aid in PAPL Class A instrument Predictive Maintenance.
• Aid in Schedule Maintenance development.
• Aid in critical spares identification with team.
• Support in documentation of root-cause analysis done by E&I Department.
• Aid in preparing One-Point Lessons & Procedures of work.
• Aid in Internal training slides preparation.
