Job summary

QL Foods Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee daily maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and reliability across our manufacturing operations in Malaysia. You will support corrective actions to minimize downtime and collaborate on JKKP inspections and environmental reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/HVAC and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Air conditioning / HVAC or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Must be willing to work in Hutan Melintang, Perak.

Responsibilities

Carry out daily maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Assist in repairs, routine checks and ensure safety in all maintenance tasks.
Identify deviations and support corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with safety officers on JKKP inspections and maintain relevant documentation.
Monitor environmental data and report to authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee SCADA system reliability and data accuracy for decision making.
Coordinate technical team schedules and allocate resources for efficiency.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing maintenance documentation.
