Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3–5 years in electrical power and automation.
Experience with heavy industry manufacturing is a plus.
Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and execute electrical, automation, and instrumentation maintenance.
Lead troubleshooting of PLC, instrumentation, and control systems.
Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
Support CAPEX and improvement projects for automation upgrades.
Conduct RCFA and implement corrective actions.
Ensure calibration of instruments and documentation of configurations.
Supervise contractors to ensure safety and quality.
Collaborate with production, mechanical, and process teams.
