About the role
Success HQ Sdn Bhd is a lighting manufacturer base in Klang, Selangor.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer (Executive Level), you will play a crucial role in driving our lighting and electrical engineering projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of lighting related electrical systems and components for a variety of projects

Analyse lighting related electrical drawings, specifications, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical engineering-related issues

Conduct field inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the optimal performance of electrical systems

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering technology and best practices

Provide technical guidance and support to project stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors

Contribute to the development and implementation of electrical engineering policies, procedures, and processes

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry

Proficient in the use of electrical engineering software, such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and PLC programming tools

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
