Job summary

Themetech International (M) Sdn Bhd invites an Electrical Engineering Intern to support Engineering Services operations on real-world electrical projects. You will assist engineers in project coordination, system design support, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation.

This internship offers hands-on exposure, site visits when required, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver quality electrical solutions while developing professional skills in design tools

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and engineering principles.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/EPLAN is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers in electrical engineering projects and daily operations.
Support electrical system design, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.
Assist in monitoring project progress and coordinating with internal teams and contractors.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and equipment testing when required.
