FFM Berhad invites applications for an Automation Engineer to support the Head of Department in implementing preventive maintenance as part of GMP compliance. The role covers plant installation, modification, commissioning, and ensuring electrical drawings and PLC programs meet current operation standards.
You will assist in sourcing electrical power and automation spare parts, calibrate all plant equipment including weighers and measuring devices, troubleshoot breakdowns, and uphold GMP
Commitment in assisting Head of Department to implement preventive maintenance as part of the GMP system requirement.
Plant installation, modification and commissioning.
Review electrical drawings and programming for compliance with the current operation and continually update drawing and programming for any changes.
Assist in the sourcing of electrical power, automation system and control system spare parts.
Responsible in calibration of all equipment in the plant including weigher and measuring equipment.
Attend to plant breakdown, troubleshooting and repair.
Practicing GMP's system in working and housekeeping at workplace.
To observe and obey the rules and regulations set up by the company.
Other duties / responsibilities that may be assigned by Senior Engineer / Superior.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum requirement is Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in plant maintenance.
Knowledge in ACAD drawing software.
Knowledge in PLC software such as Siemens and Allen Bradley.
Knowledge in Regulation of Electrical Installation.
Fresh graduates with good academic achievement are encouraged to apply.
