Location: Malaysia

Experience: More than 5 years of relevant working experience

Education: Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Male, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related major
• Experience in electromechanical companies is preferred
• Fluent in spoken Chinese and English is preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct local compliance audits of electrical professional drawings and construction technology
2. Prepare electrical professional construction plans, technical disclosures, and oversee on-site quality management
3. Proficient in CAD for drawing changes, modifications, and completing as-built drawings
4. Review subcontractor monthly project completion quantities
5. Account for drawings and materials, and submit procurement plans
6. Inspect materials and submit relevant data
7. Manage subcontracting teams and coordinate construction activities
8. Conduct construction quality inspections and ensure timely process control
9. Resolve technical issues encountered during construction
10. Report major electrical issues promptly
