Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) OR Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Advanced mathematics, physics, circuit theory, linear systems, digital logic design, and electromagnetics.
• Confident communicator with good verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin for local reporting, compliance, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Computer Aided Design (CAD) to map out circuit diagrams, electrical wiring layouts and systems schematics.
• Calculate electrical loads, sizing cables and determine equipment specifications to meet project requirements.
• Run simulations and build prototypes to test electrical circuits and systems before installation.
• Record, analyze, and interpret test data to troubleshoot electrical issues and optimize system performance.
• Ensure designs and installations comply with local and international electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Inspect existing electrical equipment, analyse data, and troubleshoot system malfunctions or failures.
• Oversee technicians, craftspeople, and contractors to ensure electrical infrastructure is properly installed, commissioned and integrated.

POSITION

Electrical Engineer

(Minimum of 1 year experience or fresh graduate) to join our engineering team

Salary Range

RM3,000 to RM4,000

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) OR Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Heavy emphasis on advanced Mathematics (calculus, differentiate equation), physics, circuit theory linear systems, digital logic design, electromagnetic

Confident communicator with good verbal communication skills

Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (for local corporate reporting, compliance, and client meetings)

Key Responsibilities

RESEARCH & DESIGN

Utilize Computer Aided Design (CAD) to map out circuit diagrams, electrical wiring layouts and systems schematics

SYSTEM SPECIFICATION

Calculate electrical loads, sizing cables and determine equipment specifications (like switch gears, transformers and motors) to meet project requirements

TESTING & IMPLEMENTATION /QUALITY ASSURANCE

Simulations & Prototypes testing: Running software simulations or building prototypes to test the behaviour of electrical circuits and systems before installation.

DATA ANALYSIS

Record, analyze, and interpret test data to troubleshoot electrical issues and optimize system performance

MAINTENANCE & SAFETY / COMPLIANCE

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations comply with local and international electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Diagnostics: Inspecting existing electrical equipment, analysing data, and troubleshooting system malfunctions or failures

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

On-site Supervision: Oversee technicians, craftspeople, and contractors to ensure electrical infrastructure is properly installed, commissioned and integrated.
