HCE ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking Electrical Engineers to join our team in Johor Bahru. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates, with comprehensive basic technical training provided to help you get up to speed quickly.
The role includes on-site technical support, traveling to project sites for installation, testing, and troubleshooting of medium and low-voltage switchboards, and, for full-time staff, in-house equipment manufacturing and testing at our Iskandar Puteri factory.

We are looking for passionate Electrical Engineers to join HCE Energy. Both experienced professionals and fresh graduates/junior engineers are welcome. Comprehensive basic technical training will be provided to help you get up to speed quickly.
Travel to project sites to handle the installation, electrical testing, troubleshooting, and technical support services for medium and low-voltage switchboards.
Based at our factory in Iskandar Puteri, responsible for assembling equipment components, pre-factory system integration, installation, comprehensive testing, and production guidance.
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (Fresh graduates and junior engineers are welcome to apply).
Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to independently liaise with on-site clients and construction teams.
Strong hands-on capability, safety awareness, and willingness to travel to project sites around Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.
Own transportation (with a valid driving license) for convenient commuting to the SILC Industrial Area.
Salary & Remuneration: Negotiable / Please indicate your expected salary in your resume.
Statutory Contributions: Strict compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions for full-time employees.
Annual Leave: Strictly compliant with statutory standards based on years of service (8 days for under 2 years, 12 days for 2 to 5 years, and 16 days for 5+ years).
Medical & Hospitalization Leave: Annual statutory paid outpatient medical leave (starting from 14 days) and up to 60 days of paid hospitalization leave.
Public Holidays: Full compliance with Malaysian federal and Johor state gazetted public holidays (at least 11 paid public holidays per year). Overtime or off-in-lieu provided according to the law if required to work on public holidays.
Training & Career Development: Systematic professional training on switchboard design, component assembly, and on-site testing with clear promotion pathways.
