Job summary

HCE ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking Electrical Engineers to join our team in Johor Bahru. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates, with comprehensive basic technical training provided to help you get up to speed quickly.

The role includes on-site technical support, traveling to project sites for installation, testing, and troubleshooting of medium and low-voltage switchboards, and, for full-time staff, in-house equipment manufacturing and testing at our Iskandar Puteri factory.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor7s Degree, or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (Fresh graduates and junior engineers are welcome).
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to independently liaise with on-site clients and construction teams.
• Strong hands-on capability, safety awareness, and willingness to travel to project sites around Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.
• Own transportation (with a valid driving license) for convenient commuting to the SILC Industrial Area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites to handle installation, electrical testing, troubleshooting, and technical support services for medium and low-voltage switchboards.
• Based at our factory in Iskandar Puteri, responsible for assembling equipment components, pre-factory system integration, installation, comprehensive testing, and production guidance.
