Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in electrical maintenance, engineering, or project management.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV electrical systems, maintenance planning and execution, and project management including tendering.

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor electrical maintenance for HV, MV, LV, and E-Block systems.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high system reliability.
• Prepare maintenance work packages including manpower, materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with Operations, Engineering, and service providers.
• Support CAPEX initiatives, project planning, tendering, and business case development.
• Monitor energy consumption and power quality across the port.
• Assist in Energy Management System implementation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Electricity Supply Act 1990, Electricity Regulations 1994, EMEER, OSHA, and related regulations.
• Analyze maintenance performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage shutdown planning, electrical upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Support emergency response and on-call duties as required.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Electricity Supply Act 1990, Electricity Regulations 1994, EMEER, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
• Analyze maintenance performance and recommend improvement actions.

• Support emergency response, major breakdowns, and on-call duties when required.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in electrical maintenance, engineering, or project management
• Experience in:

Electrical systems (HV/MV/LV)

Maintenance planning and execution

Project management and tendering processes

Energy management and electrical network monitoring

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
