Job summary

Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a production background to join our Gelang Patah, Johor operations. The role combines hands-on debugging and PCBA soldering with project coordination and team leadership to drive daily production efficiency.

You will oversee hardware maintenance, lead a local team, and integrate AI tool workflows to optimize manufacturing processes, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Up to 4 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Strong PCBA troubleshooting and soldering/rework skills.
• Ability to lead teams and run technical meetings.
• Experience with AI tools or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.
• Direct experience handling factory machinery and automated production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production lines, troubleshoot at machine level, and ensure standards without direct supervision.
• Perform hands-on PCBA soldering, component-level repairs, and diagnostic testing of complex assemblies.
• Lead local production team, organize regular operational meetings, and drive projects from inception to completion.
• Drive and support AI-related project initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams, suppliers, and management across multiple shifts.
