Job summary

Beyondsoft seeks an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineer for its Gelang Patah, Johor operations. You will combine hands-on troubleshooting and soldering with project coordination and team leadership to improve daily production efficiency and hardware maintenance.

The role emphasizes overseeing production lines, recommending AI-driven workflow improvements, and collaborating across multiple shifts and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EE) or equivalent.
Up to 4 years hands‑on manufacturing/production experience.
Strong PCBA troubleshooting and soldering/rework skills.
Ability to work independently, organize meetings, and lead technical discussions.
Experience supervising or leading a factory floor team.
Familiarity with AI tools or digital transformation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production lines and machine-level troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
Perform hands‑on PCBA soldering, diagnostics, and component-level Repairs.
Lead local production team, organize regular operational meetings, drive project deliverables.
Drive AI-related project initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows and tracking.
Collaborate with regional/global teams, suppliers and management across shifts.
