Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Electrical Development Engineer to design and develop PCBA test equipment and automation solutions. The role focuses on ICT, FCT, and ATE platforms, with responsibilities spanning fixture design, schematic creation, debugging, and validation across production lines.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in analog/digital circuits, communication protocols, and PLC/LabVIEW/Python/C#.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA test equipment development or test system engineering.
Strong understanding of ICT, FCT, ATE principles and electronic manufacturing test processes.
Familiar with digital/analog circuit design and UART, CAN, RS485 protocols.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems for PCBA test equipment (ICT/FCT/ATE).
Develop test fixtures, jigs, and automated testing solutions.
Create schematics, select components, and perform integration, debugging, and validation.
Develop and optimize functional testing, aging, and reliability testing.
Analyze production line test issues to improve coverage, efficiency, yield, and reliability.
Support NPI activities and provide technical support during mass production.
Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.
