Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a motivated electrical engineering professional to join our M&E team in Kuala Lumpur. You will design and coordinate electrical building services, including HT/LV distribution, lighting, standby power, and protections, while coordinating ELV systems like PA, CCTV, and access control.

The role involves preparing load calculations, SLDs, specs, and tender documents, liaising with architects and clients, ensuring authority compliance, and supervising site activities

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering design and project management is advantageous.
• BEM Graduate Engineer registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate electrical building services, including HT/LV power distribution and lighting design.
• Plan and design ELV systems such as PA, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and telecoms.
• Prepare electrical load calculations, voltage drop analysis, SLDs, specs and tender docs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and clients for routing and spatial planning.
