Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, M&E Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably building or M&E projects.
• Experience in electrical site supervision, project coordination and subcontractor management.
• Able to read and interpret M&E, architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good communication, problem-solving and site coordination skills, with the ability to work independently under project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical works at project sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor site activities, manpower, materials and work schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients and internal teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Review and interpret M&E, architectural and structural drawings for site implementation and coordination.
• Monitor the progress and quality of electrical installations and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities with the relevant parties.
• Prepare and submit progress updates, reports, technical documentation and other project records as required.
• Work closely with the Contract and Purchasing departments to ensure timely procurement, delivery and quality control of materials.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and technical discussions with consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works comply with applicable industry standards, authority requirements and company quality procedures.
• Highlight project risks, delays and technical issues to the Superior or HOD and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Department or Management.
