Job summary

Voltz Engineering Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop, maintain and amend BIM models across disciplines. You will translate design briefs into working drawings and coordinate with clients and consultants to implement design changes.

The role requires proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Engineering or related building construction, and the ability to work independently or in a team with clear communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines.
• Collaborate and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes and model changes.
• Take instruction and translate design brief to working drawings.
• Ensure drawing convey correct information and comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Familiar with Mechanical & Electrical contractor process.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic device, schematic and circuitry.
• Familiar with electrical data sheet and specification.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team and able to communicate effectively.
