Job summary
Organo (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to design and review E&I drawings and to develop automation programming for PLC, touch screens, and SCADA systems.
The role includes FAT/SAT, on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and timely project coordination across departments. Travel to sites is required; a degree in the relevant field and 3+ years of experience are expected.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrument and Control Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry.
- Experience with Electrical Systems (Low voltage MCC and VFD) and instrumentation.
- Good troubleshooting skills on PLC/Instrumentation/MCC and wiring/loop drawings.
- Hands-on programming experience with PLC, SCADA, and touch screens.
- Travel to site required; own transport and valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- Prepare or review the E&I design and drawings.
- Design and develop automation programming for PLC/Touch Screens/SCADA.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, testing and commissioning work.
- Coordinate project work internally and externally to ensure on-time completion within budget.
