Job summary

V.S. INDUSTRY BERHAD is seeking an EHS Admin to assist in maintaining and organizing EHS documents, records, inspection and training records. The role also covers coordinating safety programs, drills and committee meetings, plus data compilation and reporting.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in EHS or related field, possess basic OSH knowledge, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work at Senai, Johor is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in EHS, Environmental, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of OSH and environmental requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Office and documentation skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and organizing EHS documents, records, inspection and training records.
• Assist in coordinating EHS programs, safety training, emergency drills and awareness activities.
• Assist in coordinating Safety & Health Committee meetings, including minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with workplace inspections, safety audits and preparation of EHS reports.
• Compile and maintain EHS data, statistics and corrective/preventive action records.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with OSH, environmental and company requirements.
• Perform other EHS administrative duties as assigned.
