Job summary

Fuku is seeking an EHS Supervisor to develop and implement safety policies for on-site construction environments. You will lead audits, investigations, and training to foster a culture of safety across sites and contractors.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervision experience, a DOSH Yellow Book, and certifications in first aid and fire safety. Mandarin skills are preferred to support multi-site teams in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction, or related field.
• 2–3 years of on-site safety supervision experience in construction.
• Valid DOSH Yellow Book; first aid certification; training in fire safety, working at heights, and confined spaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and strategic planning.
• Prepare and submit required EHS reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
