Establish waste procedures, coordinate training, and oversee classification, inventory, disposal, and transportation. Handle DOE declarations (ESWIS), KASTAM filings, and maintain traceable records. Conduct storage inspections, correct non-conformities, and analyze generation data to support reduction and reporting.

Manage team assignments, performance, safety, and disposal cost control (invoices, payments).
Prepare and submit GPB AM, K9, and renewals; archive all statutory documents.
Liaise with authorities/contractors; support audits, inspections, and CAPA follow‑up.
Develop emergency procedures, conduct drills for spills/fires, and maintain equipment (spill kits, extinguishers, PPE).
Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive CAPA to closure for risk reduction.
Bachelor's degree or above with at least 1 years of experience in General and Scheduled Waste warehouse management, including team leadership and on‑site coordination.
Hold a valid CePSWaM certification and possess thorough knowledge of Malaysia's Environmental Quality Act 1974, the Scheduled Wastes Regulations 2005, and relevant DOE and KASTAM (LMW bonded warehouse) requirements.
Able to independently manage the entire waste lifecycle – identification, classification, laboratory testing, labelling, packaging, storage, inventory control, transportation, ESWIS declarations, and compliant disposal – and maintain the company‑wide waste inventory.
Proficient in DOE ESWIS system operations, Scheduled Waste consignment procedures, and KASTAM documentation (GPB AM, K9 Forms) to ensure full regulatory compliance for disposal and bonded‑warehouse submissions.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, report writing, and presentation preparation, with strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities, and effective written/oral communication in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
