Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Johor is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental compliance for the Kampung Ulu Tiram data centre operations. You will implement ISO 14001/45001, conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections, and drive a culture of zero incidents across contractors and staff.

The role requires SHO certification and strong knowledge of Malaysian regulations. Based in Ulu Tiram, Johor, you will collaborate with operations, engineering and authorities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of EHS experience in data centres, manufacturing, or critical facilities.
• Registered/Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) in Malaysia – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia EHS regulations, safety and environmental compliance.
• Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation.
• Hands-on experience in risk assessment, safety inspections, audits and incident investigation.
• Familiar with SOP, EOP, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and contractor safety management.
• Good communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 Data Centre environment.
• Willing to be based in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Responsibilities
