AAC Technologies Malaysia is seeking an EHS specialist to develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental policies in line with local regulations and global corporate standards. Remuneration Package: Basic salary + AWS
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies covering fire protection, environmental, chemical safety, and security in compliance with local regulations, codes, and global corporate standards.
Implement and manage ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) systems, including audits, documentation, and employee training.
Plan and execute environmental and chemical safety programs, conduct internal safety audits, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Continuously monitor and improve general safety practices, PPE compliance, and workplace safety performance.
Oversee security operations, prepare work plans, monitor performance, and manage security-related risks.
Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans for safety and security incidents.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS implementation and management.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct training and collaborate across functions and with external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in managing and tracking safety data using computer systems.
