Job summary

AAC Technologies Malaysia is seeking an EHS specialist to develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental policies in line with local regulations and global corporate standards. You will lead audits, training, and continuous improvement across fire protection, chemical safety, and security practices.

Responsibilities include managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, conducting internal safety audits, and coordinating corrective actions while ensuring PPE compliance and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS implementation and management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to conduct training and collaborate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in safety data tracking.

Implement and manage ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) systems, including audits, documentation, and employee training.

Plan and execute environmental and chemical safety programs, conduct internal safety audits, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

Continuously monitor and improve general safety practices, PPE compliance, and workplace safety performance.

Oversee security operations, prepare work plans, monitor performance, and manage security-related risks.

Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans for safety and security incidents.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS implementation and management.
