Job summary

SD Plus Education seeks a motivated Sales Executive in Kuching. The role involves contacting leads via phone/WhatsApp, understanding parents' needs, and guiding them to enrol in tuition, online classes, or 1:1 tutoring. Work six days weekly with three remote days, and earn up to RM2,500 monthly with commissions.

Training is provided, and performance-based bonuses plus salary increments are offered. Applicants must reside in Kuching and have own transport preferred.

• Confident when speaking with parents via phone and WhatsApp.
• Consistent follow-up and good organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
• Sales experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand parents’ needs and explain suitable learning programmes.
• Convert inquiries into student enrolments and work towards sales targets.
• Support sales outreach through cold calls and events.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments.
