Coordinate and administer Cambridge CICTL & CIDTL candidature, including candidate registration, documentation and programme-related matters.
Supervise and provide administrative and coordination support to Cambridge PDQ candidates throughout their programme.
Support the delivery and training of CICTL & CIDTL modules.
Ensure programme administration and documentation are carried out in accordance with Cambridge PDQ requirements and standards.
Assist with CPD and HRD Corp compliance, including documentation and administrative requirements.
Support the planning, coordination and execution of CPD events, workshops and professional development activities.
Liaise with trainers, candidates and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes.
Maintain accurate programme records, reports and documentation.
Provide general administrative support for Education, Training and Professional Development activities.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education or a related discipline.
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of teaching experience, with Cambridge CICTL/CIDTL or other relevant teaching and professional development qualifications preferred.
Experience in teacher training, educational administration, professional development or programme coordination will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, trainers and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with documentation and online systems.
Self-motivated, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
