Job summary

Hirehub in Johor is seeking energetic education consultants to engage parents, assess children's English learning needs, and recommend suitable courses. You will follow up with leads via WhatsApp, convert enquiries into trial lessons, and drive enrolments.

The role requires fluent Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to handle objections and price comparisons.

Qualifications

• Sales or high-end service experience, preferably in education.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; English must be sufficient to communicate with international parents.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust with customers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; identify customers' real needs.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and Claude/Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with parents to understand children’s English learning needs and recommend courses.
• Analyze student background, proficiency, and learning challenges.
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and convert enquiries into trial lessons and enrolments.
• Review trial lesson performance with parents and complete enrolment.
• Manage personal enrolment targets and conversion rates.
• Maintain student records, progress, class schedules, and communications.
• Collaborate with teachers to align expectations and services.
