AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. Education Consultant role offers counselling services to students seeking admissions in Malaysia and abroad, with a commission-based earning model.

The candidate will counsel on programs in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland, liaise with partner colleges, handle inquiries, and assist with applications, visas, accommodation, and travel arrangements, while meeting enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in education, counseling, psychology, communication, marketing, but all other fields of studies are encouraged to apply.
• 0-2 years and above experience in international enrolment such as Aus, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada (Other countries Will be added advantage)
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and takes pride in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of every application and document.
• Attractive Salary Package: Basic + Commission

Responsibilities

• Counsel students effectively on admissions to colleges and universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Ireland.
• Liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.
• Handle walk-ins, email inquiries, calls, and leads to convert into applications and enrollments.
• Assist with course applications, visas, accommodation, scholarships, travel arrangements, and post-enrollment support.
• Support enrolment activities such as admission registration, Scholar Search events, school visits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education offerings and study pathways.
• Work to achieve targets with commission based on target achievement.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve performance.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Education Consultant - Basic + Commission

To provide effective counselling services to students, who are looking for admissions in colleges and universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland.

To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.

Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email inquiries, incoming calls, and leads from recruitment activities promptly and effectively, ensuring all inquiries have a high conversion rate into applications and enrollments.

Provide assistance and advice to students on course applications, visa applications, accommodation, scholarships, travel arrangements, and any other after-sales services, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their journey.

To support and execute all activities with regards for enrolment such as admission registration, Scholar Search (annual events), school visits and other related events.

To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as well as career & study pathways.

To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of student engagement and enrolment (commission based on target achieved).

Collaborate with the team to share best practices and enhance overall performance

Perform any other duties as directed by the management.
