Job summary

Radii Global seeks an EdTech & Innovation Manager to lead pedagogy, tech, and change initiatives. You will bridge academic and technical stakeholders, champion digital transformation, and guide sustainable tech-enabled teaching.

The role requires strong leadership, data-protection awareness, and ability to drive innovation across faculties, with a focus on improving learning outcomes through purposeful technology use.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design or Education with at least 5 years in digital learning technology (preferably in higher education).
• Or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Proficient in learning analytics, digital platform management, and compliance with accessibility and data protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS administration, course setup, user registration, and access permissions.
• Transform LMS analytics into actionable insights to improve courses and learner outcomes.
• Design and execute EdTech strategies aligned with institutional objectives.
• Collaborate with faculty, IT, instructional designers, and partners to advance digital integration.
