DM DASHER SDN. BHD. is seeking a customer experience assistant to handle live chat inquiries from Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and TikTok. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and turning inquiries into purchases while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The position offers hybrid work at Setia Avenue, Setia Alam, with two shifts (day 8am-5pm, night 3pm-12am) and onboarding training from junior mentors to help you grow within a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Typing speed at least 40 words per minute.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to live chat enquiries from Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, TikTok.
• Be fast in responses.
• Be accurate in information.
• Make customers happy and satisfied with service.
• Encourage customers to purchase and convert to DASHER friends.
