Job summary

Arche Digital is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Intern to join our Malaysia team, serving as the frontline voice for a diverse portfolio of brand partners on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will collaborate with a motivated team in a fast-paced digital commerce environment and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end eCommerce operations.

You will handle inquiries in English and Malay, perform Excel-based tracking, and participate in comprehensive product training to build strong brand

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in a relevant course.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Malay.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to update pre-made tracking templates.

Responsibilities

Serve as frontline point of contact for customer inquiries across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
Provide reliable customer support for brand portfolios on official marketplace stores.
Coordinate the allocation of free gifts and promotional samples per campaign rules.
Collaborate with the finance team on operational tasks.
Monitor store health metrics across platforms to keep performance competitive.
Attend product trainings to deepen brand knowledge and customer handling skills.
