Job summary

Print It Online Sdn. Bhd. in Sitiawan, Malaysia, is seeking a customer service associate to respond to inquiries, handle orders, and support after-sales issues across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp.

You will work with Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch to resolve issues quickly, maintain fast response times, and contribute to revenue growth through high conversion. Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) are a plus, as is diploma qualification.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken BM and BI.
• Patience, responsibility and excellent service attitude.
• Basic computer skills; graphic design skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, a good team player, able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Willing to work irregular hours/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and handle customer orders, product enquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues on Shopee / TikTok / WhatsApp
• Maintain fast response and high conversion to support revenue growth
• Confirm artwork, order details, and customer information
• Provide product info, quotations, and basic after-sales support
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch and other departments to resolve customer issues immediately
