Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Key Accounts Assistant to accelerate e-commerce growth for brands and stores. You will support daily client tasks, plan sales activities, and nurture strong internal and external relationships to ensure deadlines are met and client success.
You will liaise across departments, handle inquiries, manage inventory issues, and generate regular reports while contributing to data analytics and account progress presentations.

We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Key Accounts Assistant who will contribute to the e-commerce acceleration of our brands and e-commerce stores. Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible in assisting with daily tasks with regards to our clients accounts, planning and executing for sales growth, and building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally. You will be responsible to ensure deadlines for the client are met and help the client succeed.
Liaising and communicating between stakeholders and different departments within the Company.
Managing customers enquiries, solving inventory issues for orders.
Generating sales and other monthly and bi-weekly reports.
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
Basic data analytics
Planning and Presenting reports on account progress.
Executing daily orders for specific accounts for the fashion category.
Assisting manager and executive team members in daily operational issues.
Handling clients ad-hoc project.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Goal-oriented, organized team player while being a self-motivated person.
Faster learner and self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset.
Great Microsoft Office Skills, Basic Canva/Photoshop knowledge will be advantageous.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Able to work in paced industry.
Great interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
Preferably 2-3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, or similar fields of work. However, fresh graduates with a high desire to succeed and strong work ethics are encouraged to apply.
Basic salary of RM2,400 - RM3,100 depending on experience. Attendance allowance and increment is possible upon confirmation, after a probation of 3 months, subject to Management's discretion.
