Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries from Social Media Network.
• Monitor submissions and daily sales activities.
• Record all interactions with customers and follow up on enquiries.
• Understand customer business requirements and pain points.
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities.
• Design and recommend products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Conduct technical or solution discussions with customers.
• Prepare proposals, solution designs, quotations, and tender/RFP responses.
• Answer customers' technical and functional questions.

Sales Assistance Consultant role involving handling sales enquiries, monitoring submissions and customer interactions, understanding customer business requirements, and working with sales teams to qualify opportunities and design appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiry from Social Media Network
• Monitor Submission and Monitoring (Daily Sales, Portal Data entry, Email and Whatapps Messaging)
• Keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer and clients enquiries and experience
• Understand customer business requirements and pain points
• Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities
• Design and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
• Conduct technical or solution discussions with customers
• Prepare proposals, solution designs, quotations, and tender/RFP responses
• Answer customers' technical and functional questions

About you

• Fresh Graduated/Diploma Graduated (E-Commerce, Business and marketing will be advantage)
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
• A passion for sales, communicate with client and suppliers
• Basic Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint Knowledge
• Basic Design/Photo Video Editing For Social Media (Photoshop, AI Or Basic Graphic Design will be advantage)
• Good understanding of technology/products being sold
