Job summary

FAST SHEEP ECOMMERCE SDN BHD is looking for a diligent Admin Associate to support our online store operations in Malaysia. You will ensure stock quantities match system records and prepare essential documents such as delivery orders and invoices.

You will handle customer inquiries through TikTok, Shopee, and social chats, process returns and refunds, and assist with video content creation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English written communication.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel) and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare essential documents, DO and invoices.

• Manage returns, refunds, and complaints.

Job description

Ensure accurate stock quantities on online stores, aligning warehouse inventory with system records.

Prepare essential documents, DO, invoice and etc.

Handled customer inquiries across multiple channels: platform (eg Tik Tok, Shopee) and social media chats

Manage customer return & refund, and complaints.

Generate video using tools (training will be provided)

Qualifications

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any profession (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Can write Bahasa Melayu , English fluently.
Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc)

Comfortable with maths
