Lensgoo Vision (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to own East Malaysia growth from Kota Kinabalu or Kuching. The role is remote initially, building wholesale networks with optical shops across Sabah and Sarawak and planning the future branch office.

Success leads to Regional Branch Manager for East Malaysia, with a clear ladder into leadership. Requires 2+ years in optical sales, a Diploma, and willingness to travel extensively within East Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in optical/eye-care/eyewear industries.
• Diploma qualification required, highly relevant experience considered.
• Based in East Malaysia (Sabah or Sarawak) with willingness to travel extensively.
• Own transport and driving license are required.
• Highly disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the contact lens portfolio to optical retail shops across Sabah and Sarawak.
• Identify, pitch, and secure new wholesale accounts to meet monthly targets.
• Manage stock levels at customer outlets and ensure timely replenishment.
• Build strong client relationships and represent the brand at regional events.
• Coordinate with HQ via weekly video strategy meetings from Puchong.
