Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate delinquent accounts and decide on action.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer literacy for logging activities in collections systems.
• Strong time management to handle multiple queues and deadlines.
• Bilingual capability (English and Bahasa) preferred for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly targets as per the Scorecard and drive payment collections.
• Negotiate staggered payment proposals and settlements with customers.
• Ensure dialler productivity meets performance benchmarks.
• Evaluate and assign cases for field visits or legal action when needed.
• Guide junior staff and share knowledge with colleagues.
