Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, accessible training assets using ADDIE methodology. You will collaborate with LMS Specialists, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective learning experiences and ensure learner comprehension.

You will develop e-learning content, manage projects, and support LMS configuration and rollout. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Articulate 360 are required; Malay translation skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences or related field.
• Experience with ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360) and multimedia development.
• Familiarity with LMS deployment and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and finalize scalable e-learning modules and training materials.
• Map learner personas and assess content gaps for translation needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, and site teams to review drafts and ensure alignment.
• Manage training projects from inception to launch using project tracking tools.
• Configure and support LMS deployment and training communications.
• Collect and analyze post-course evaluation data to drive updates.
