Job summary

EXPERT CAPITAL SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated E&I Supervisor (Full Time) to oversee electrical and instrumentation activities on industrial projects in Johor. You will lead technicians and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with mechanical and project management teams.

The role requires at least 1 year of field experience in supervision, strong fault-finding skills, and the ability to read P&IDs and wiring schematics. Local site work preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industrial field experience with leadership duties.
• Experience supervising technicians or subcontractors.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and wiring schematics.
• Strong safety compliance and permit-to-work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day E&I construction, maintenance, or commissioning activities.
• Oversee LV/MV electrical systems, MCCs, transmitters, valves, and loop checks.
• Enforce safety rules, manage permit-to-work, LOTO protocols.
• Perform FAT and SAT, clear punch-lists.
• Read and apply drawings and schematics.
• Perform other technical or administrative tasks as needed.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible E&I Supervisor (Full Time) to join our team.

E&I Supervisor Job Description:

Core Goal:
Ensure electrical and instrument systems run safely, efficiently, and according to engineering designs and project schedules.

Leadership:
Manage daily activities for technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision:
Direct day-to-day E&I construction, maintenance, or commissioning activities.

Technical Oversight:
Oversee LV/MV electrical systems, motor control centers (MCCs), field transmitters, control valves, and loop checks.

Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety rules, manage permit-to-work systems, and execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Quality Control:
Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and clear punch-lists.

Drawing Interpretation:
Read and apply single-line diagrams, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and wiring schematics.

Operational Flexibility:
Perform other technical or administrative tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Experience:
1 year of industrial field experience, including previous leadership or supervisory duties.

Key Skills:
Strong troubleshooting ability, safety awareness, and communication skills to coordinate with mechanical, civil, and project management teams.
