Job summary

IEM DYNAMIC SDN. BHD. is seeking a QA/QC Documentation Administrator to prepare, organize and maintain QA/QC documents and records in a dynamic project environment.

You will ensure proper filing of inspection and test reports, assist in IRs/MIRs, and coordinate with QC teams on documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).
• Good organizational, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and maintain QA/QC documents and records.
• Ensure inspection reports, test reports and quality documents are properly filed and updated.
• Assist in preparing Inspection Requests (IRs), MIRs and other QA/QC documentation.
• Maintain document control and ensure all quality records are complete and up to date.
• Coordinate with QC Inspectors, Supervisors and the Document Controller on QA/QC documentation.
• Distribute and track approved QA/QC documents as required.
• Assist the QA/QC team with daily administrative and documentation tasks.
• Ensure all QA/QC records are properly compiled for project handover.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC documentation or document control, preferably in E&I or industrial projects.
• Familiar with QA/QC documentation and document control procedures.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and project documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).
• Good organizational, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different project teams.
