Job summary

Konvy is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations, including order fulfillment, receiving goods, and inventory management. You will keep accurate records, assist with stock movements, and help with administrative tasks to ensure smooth e-commerce and offline activities.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and handle procurement of supplies. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, with a diploma or SPM qualification

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in any discipline required.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) or inventory systems.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia for diverse clients.
• Good coordination and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing of goods for e-commerce and offline orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity, type, and condition before storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks and movements.
• Manage returns and update inventory records accordingly.
• Organize warehouse cleanliness and store marketing/operational materials properly.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Office tools to maintain records and generate reports.
• Assist the office team with warehouse-related tasks and operational support.
• Coordinate purchasing of warehouse supplies to ensure sufficient stock.
