You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that directly impact customer satisfaction and sales performance, ensuring efficient order processing and communication throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all details are captured correctly in the e-commerce system
• Managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and delivery
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
• Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and attention to detail
• Updating product information and managing inventory data within the e-commerce platform
