This is a full-time position based in Butterworth, Penang, offering an exciting opportunity to drive growth in our online sales channels and expand our market presence.

What you'll be doing

• You will play a crucial role managing online stores for convenience stores like shopeefood, shopee mart, Tik Tok and shopee express.


• Identify and develop new ecommerce business opportunities, including partnerships with online marketplaces and platforms


• Create and implement strategic plans to increase online sales and market penetration across multiple ecommerce channels


• Manage relationships with existing and prospective ecommerce partners, vendors and stakeholders


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities in the ecommerce sector


• Develop product listings, optimise product descriptions and manage inventory across ecommerce platforms


• Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement


• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless ecommerce execution


• Negotiate contracts and terms with ecommerce partners to maximise profitability and growth


• Identify and evaluate new ecommerce technologies and tools to enhance business operations
