JPS Fashions (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to support order processing and inventory management. You will handle picking, packing, and handing over orders to courier services, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum education is SPM or above. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, and attention to detail is essential for daily stock operations.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of stock through the E-Commerce section.
• Pick stock from the shelves and pack customer orders.
• Handover orders to courier services.
• Maintain daily E-Commerce inventory functions and inventory system management.
• Move inventories and materials across facilities.
• Process inventories for delivery and audit preparation.
• Sort, organize, and stack stocks in allocated space.
• Pack and label stock correctly.

The incumbent is responsible to for the E-commerce fulfillment including of filling customers orders and assisting with the inventories.

Responsibility

• Controls the flow of stock through the E-Commerce section
• Picking stock from the shelves pack the customer's order.
• Handover customer's order to the courier services.
• Maintain the daily E-Commerce inventory functions and inventory system management.
• Move inventories and materials across facilities.
• Process inventories for delivery.
• Sort, organize, and stack stocks in the allocated space.
• Pack and labels the stock correctly.
• Report damaged or missing stocks to supervisors.
• Loading and unloading stocks to the warehouse and E-Commerce section in a safe manner.
• Ensure the workplace is free of debris and removes hazards from the warehouse for safety.
• Pick, pack and arrange delivery for E-Commerce daily sales.
• Assisting in preparing documentation and inventories for audit.
• Perform any other task as and when required by the Management
