Job summary

Yosogo Writing Instrument in Malaysia hires an E-Commerce Operator to support daily fulfilment and warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, scanning and stock replenishment. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and stock is available at picking and packing areas.

The role requires reading product codes, using barcode scanners, and maintaining inventory with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and physical fitness are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders according to the daily order list or system, ensuring correct products and quantities are selected from designated storage locations.
• Check product descriptions, codes, colours, sizes and quantities before packing and ensure products are protected during transportation.
• Scan products and barcodes using the company scanner or e-commerce system and verify scanned items match orders.
• Perform final checks of quantity and order details before parcel completion and update the system.
• Maintain proper control and organization of products in the e-commerce area and monitor stock levels of fast-moving items.
• Report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged products or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Arrange products neatly by category and storage location for easy picking.
• Top up stock at picking area from main storage as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in e-commerce and warehouse areas.
• Prepare completed parcels for courier collection, seal and label parcels, and sort by delivery method.

The E-Commerce Operator is responsible for supporting the daily e-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations, including picking, packing, scanning, stock arrangement, stock replenishment and order preparation. The position ensures that customer orders are processed accurately, products are properly handled and packed, and sufficient stock is available at the designated picking and packing areas.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders according to the daily order list or system, ensuring correct products and quantities are selected from designated storage locations
• Check product descriptions, product codes, colours, sizes and quantities before packing and ensure products are properly protected to prevent damage during transportation
• Scan products and barcodes using the Company's scanner or e-commerce system and verify that scanned products match customer orders
• Conduct final checks of product quantity and order details before parcel completion and ensure every completed order is properly updated in the system
• Maintain proper control and organisation of products stored in the e-commerce area and monitor stock levels of fast-moving and frequently ordered products
• Conduct regular checking of physical stock against system records and report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged products or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Arrange products neatly according to product category, product code, SKU or designated storage location and keep frequently picked products in convenient and easily accessible locations
• Monitor stock levels at the picking and packing area and top up products from the main storage area when the picking location is running low
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the e-commerce and warehouse areas and follow the Company's 5S requirements
• Prepare completed parcels according to the daily courier collection schedule, ensure parcels are properly sealed and labelled, and sort parcels according to the relevant courier or delivery method

About you

• Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, fulfilment, packing or inventory operations will be an advantage
• Able to read and understand product codes, labels and order information
• Able to use barcode scanners and basic computer/e-commerce systems
• Physically fit to perform picking, packing, lifting and stock replenishment duties
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
